Am I eligible for the $1,300 rebate?
You're eligible if you're an active SoCalGas customer switching from an existing tank water heater to a qualifying tankless model, for up to two units. Homeowners and renters can qualify, and we handle the rebate paperwork.
Why is there no financing?
We don't offer financing. Your fixed price is set before we start, and you pay on completion.
What does the flat price cover?
Each option covers the scope shown on its card. Labor Only covers installation labor while you provide the unit and materials. The 40-gallon swap includes the heater, installation, and haul-away. The San Diego special includes the Navien unit and labor, excluding electrical and gas pipe work.
